Intimate Diary of Artists' Models (1963)
Drama • 1h 17m
Intimate Diary of Artists' Models (1963) ** 1/2 (out of 4) This four-minute short would certainly have been forgotten had it not been for the efforts of Something Weird Video who included this on their THE DEFILERS/SCUM OF THE EARTH double feature. The film is basically about a photographer as we hear one of his models talk about how wonderful he is. Yeah, that's exactly what this film is about. That's what's being sold but of course the only thing here are the nude models who show off their breasts throughout the short running time. Is this film a lost masterpiece? Of course not but I think it's entertaining enough and at just four-minutes it works as something you could show your friends just to give them an example of what people were watching back in the 1960's if they wanted to see some nudity. The film was shot in color and actually looks much better than you'd expect.
