Nikolakis Maroulis, the cantankerous owner of a shoe factory, has a bad reputation: he is an irritable and sour old grouch. Only his patient and tolerant wife, Ourania, seems to know how to handle the grumpy, old-fashioned man; however, Keti--Nikolakis' beautiful young niece who has been living with them since childhood--is unable to tolerate her uncle's bad temper, especially now that she is dating not one, but two ambitious suitors. To be more specific, Keti dates her uncle's client, Petrakis, every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, while on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, she goes out with Nikolakis' handsome young partner, Kostakis. Then, one hot afternoon, Nikolakis discovers Keti's well-hidden secret, and just like that, things take a turn for the unexpected. Now, Keti must make up her mind. Who will be her lawfully wedded husband?
