On the night of their tenth anniversary, Doctor Rene Richard accidentally discovers that his wife, actress Madeleine Richard, has been having an affair with a disturbed artist, Daniel Prevost who has just attempted suicide. He confronts her and she spends the night trying to explain the reasons for her infidelity...he took their marriage for granted, he spent too much time at work, he appeared to be attracted to his pretty assistant and yada, yada, yada...in two languages and some badly-dubbed English.
