Fresh out of prison after a scandal that blew the lid on some important political games in the country, Lara Bercos, a very beautiful and very young prostitute, settles in a villa to carefully plot her revenge against the male universe. The victims of her plan are a rugby player, a journalist and a pompous theater director who is staging a play telling Lara's own story under the eponymous title "We Are Like Fireflies".
