A writer comes to the TV station for the final work on his film. Meanwhile in another studio a version of Don Carlos is produced. But the writer is not happy: he is entered as "right" into the security system, to keep the PoGl (political balance) in the building, and worse: his film has been changed against his will. The director of Don Carlos is not happy, too: He doesn't want his cast to wear blue clothes (he is using blue box). In an argument about it, he gets bitten by a watchdog. Later in the day a politician dies while being prepared for his appearance in a talk show. But when an editor (searching for the unhappy writer) gets fatally attacked by the watchdogs (they are now in the Don Carlos studio to lock them away) the PoGl is again balanced.
