Taiwan highways are crammed with millions of cars everyday. One day, the government closes the highways for 12 hours. All the cars are forced off their usual routes... Youthful Jade steals a jeep. On her way, she picks up the car's cell phone and calls the owner to bug him. Two of them gradually establish an ambiguous relationship.
