The film starts off slowly, in part because it is completely devoid of actors and action. Narrated entirely by one person, it is worth the effort to become adjusted to the style of this film. Take the time to get through the first hour, as your interest will pick up when the film explores the actors beliefs and an ideal of anarchy. The viewer is compelled to think. When the films summarizes, blame for the stars death is, thankfully not placed entirely at the feet of the porn industry. Too much emphasis is placed on pathological ramblings of a psychologically ill man and a serious dialogue does not ensue about how this man could have been helped. The writer claims to have become disillusioned with the actor by the end of the film. I wonder if you will feel as I do that the writer's opinions of the actor have changed but he still is in love with his romanticized concept?
