Three young college freshmen, Dan, a picture book macho, Brad, a charismatic ladies man, and Ross, a milk-faced provincial youth, share the same fate - they have no place to stay, and the semester has long since begun! The three decide to move to Venice at a beach house where they find the house occupied by Caitlin, a beastly but gorgeous brunette who does not hate anything more than chaos! The three boys are going to have their blue wonders over the next few weeks as Ross mutates into a slanting Jim Morrison imitation, Brad sings to get his girls, and Dan falls in love with Caitlin, which stands for quite different types. But the hottest summer the three will ever experience begins.
