Apparently, I'm the only person who has seen (or will admit to having seen) a film called - in the English translation of its' title - TALK TO ME DICKY. Such is life. I spotted this in the local video store and couldn't pass it up - two police detectives, stumped in a rape investigation, train their penises to communicate telepathically with the minds of suspects in the case, getting at some sort of ultimate truth. What to say about this one? Welll - potentially offensive, silly (very, very silly - I can't imagine how many takes of some scenes must have been required for the cast to get through it without laughing), so bizarre it borders upon surrealism, wooden (ahem) acting - there are laughs aplenty, many perhaps not intended. As b-movies go, this is five-star garbage. The subtitles, which are white in an extremely bright movie, are useless through large chunks of this one. Should you decide to rent this one, it really isn't going to matter all that much.
