Eric Tsang and Alex Man were in dozens of look-alike Hong Kong actioners in the late 80's and this is no different from many others. While in jail serving time for a robbery, three cons learn that the money they stashed in a building is at risk because the building is targeted for demolition. The cons, Alex Man, Eric Tang and Tsui Siu Keung, murder the son of the prison governor in their escape from jail and take a hostage. Complications arise when the governor sends a gang to kill the trio and a the kidnapped hostage's father hires an investigator to hunt the kidnappers down. There is an average amount of gun action and some innovative camera-work, but the film is let down by leaden pacing and a predictable conclusion.
