A fairy-tale about young swindler who made his living by selling fake medicine. In order to help the sick mother of his beloved, he becomes the servant of the only man who knows the cure, a famous but secretive doctor who only hires deaf and mute assistants. He wants to learn to cure people, this knowledge might cost him his life.
