In this 1968 film, Martha and Rubén get into trouble when she finds out she's pregnant without them being married. The couple tries to hide it at first from both their parents, but they will have to let them know eventually because it will start to show. They're afraid to do so because of what will other people think of them and they will try to get married as soon as possible to avoid people from gossiping.
