Spaghetti/Chorizo filmed in Spain , as usual , and in the film appears ordinary actors of this exciting sub-genre . It deal with a Texas Ranger sergeant called Bob Logan (George Martin) who is assigned by his chief (Jose Nieto) to track down Cassidy (Alan Scott) , an alleged killer , long time ago they were friends . Both of whom join forces to take down a powerful land lady , Linda Ranson , (Silvia Solar) who is taking lands from humble farmers . Meanwhile , her hoodlums (José Jaspe , Luis Induni , Frank Braña , Aldo Sambrell) are attacking a farm whose owner is Mary Sheridan (Susy Andersen) ,then Logan and Cassidy help her to vanquish the nasty henchmen . Later on , Logan falls in love with the gorgeous Mary and both of whom suffer hot pursuits , risks and dangers . It is a middling western that packs a story full of action , fights , killings and subsequent suspense , passable dramatic pace , plot twists and regular direction . This is effortless and below average story in Paella Western sub-genre style with customary ingredients but results to be a little bit boring and dull . It contains an intriguing premise , a Texas Ranger sergeant to chase his old friend , wrongly accused for killing , and results to be moderately entertaining , though drags at times , balancing in ups and downs . Tiring though sometimes agreeable Chorizo-Spaghetti Western mostly produced by Italy and important Spanish participation , shot by the Italian craftsman Primo Zeglio ; it doesn't follows the Sergio Leone wake , and being proceeded in American style . There is action in the movie , intrigue , twists , riding pursuits , and guaranteeing some shoot'em up or stunts . It's a thrilling western with exciting showdown between the starring Jorge Martin , Alan Scott and their enemies . Average action sequences with rousing crossfire and spectacularly deadly crossfire . Charismatic performance for whole casting . The notorious Spaghetti actor , George or Jorge Martin is acceptable in his usual tough role . The film is well starred by Spaghetti star as the Spanish George Martin who worked much for Alfonso Balcazar's factory such as ¨Clint the strange¨, ¨The return the Clint¨, ¨Oeste Nevada Joe¨, Thompson 1880¨ , ¨Taste of killing¨, ¨A pistol for Ringo and ¨The return of Ringo¨ . Co-protagonist Alan Scott starred another Paella Western titled ¨Cavalry Charge¨ or Policia Montada Del Canada¨ . Furthermore , there appears ordinary secondaries of Spaghetti/Tortilla Western as Spanish players : Luis Induni , Aldo Sambrell , Alfonso De La Vega , Chris Huerta , Antonio Molino Rojo , Angel Menéndez , Fernando Sanchez Polack , Pimentel , as Italian actors : Andrea Scotti , Petrucci , Paola Barbara , director's wife , and many others . Enjoyable though brief performance by the always great Aldo Sambrell , known for ¨For a fistful of dollars¨ , playing a nasty role , as usual . The picture well photographed by Alfredo Fraile , though is necessary a fine remastering because the film-copy is washed-out . Being filmed on location in Las Rozas , Manzanares , Navacerrada Madrid and Fraga Huesca . Atmospheric and evocative musical score by Francesco De Massi , including catching leitmotif. The pic was written by Spaghetti experts writers such as Marcello Fondato, Jesús Navarro and Federico De Urrutia ; being regularly directed by Primo Zeglio , under pseudonym of Anthony Greepy . Primo was married to Paola Barbara who usually plays his films in secondary roles . He was a good professional , a craftsman who wrote and directed all kind of genres as Adventure : "Seven Seas to Calais" , ¨Genoneva De Bravante¨ , "Revenge of the Pirates", "Son of the Red Corsair" ¨, ¨Captain Ghost¨, ¨Morgan the pirate¨ , Sci-Fi : "Mission Stardust" , Peplum : "I Am Semiramis" , ¨Nero and Messalina¨ , ¨Rosmunda e Alboino¨ and Spaghetti : ""The Relentless Four¨, "Texas Ranger" and this ¨Winchester One of One Thousand¨ also titled ¨Winchester Justice¨.
