Bugs Bunny has entered the palace by accident, and is mistaken for one of the expected entertainers. When asked to entertain the Sultan, Bugs starts narrating amusing tales from his past adventures. After describing an encounter with Yosemite Sam, Bugs explains that Sam was the "stupidest" character which he has ever encountered.
