I've been known to smile that way when a bill comes in lower than expected. Still, it's taxes, so it seems unlikely.McLaren would spend decades working for the NFB, turning out a great variety of shorts, many of them animated. Some are,classics. This one is not, but it's interestingly abstract for 1943.
