Der Unwiderstehliche (1937)
19 Dec 1937 • Comedy, Romance • 1h 23m
Claudette Renier is a wealthy young business woman, but takes a job as a model in a dressmaking house in an effort to meet some man who will love her for herself, and not because she has a lot of money. Andre Valleir, son of a wealthy manufacturer, argues with his father Charles, and under an assumed name, gets a job in the same establishment. The two meet, fall in love and, before they get married with the blessings of their respective families, there is a great deal of comedy. Andre serenades Cluadette on several occasions. Trude Hesterberg plays Claudette's socially-inclined aunt, and Erika von Thellman is the owner of the dressmaking house.
