Jagger and his gang hang out in Canada but make their raids across the border. To get into the gang O'Mally poses as an outlaw and breaks gang member Hyland and himself out of jail. This gets him into Jagger's gang where his plan is to get Jagger and his men to raid a Canadian bank where they can be arrested by the awaiting Mounties.
